Data and privacy

Many sole traders, including therapists, counsellors and other practitioners, hold sensitive details about the people they work with. Soleil OS is built so that each account is separate from every other.
- Every account is separated at the database level, so one account can never read another's records
- Card payments are handled by Stripe. Soleil OS never sees or stores card numbers
- You can ask for your data to be exported or deleted at any time
- We do not sell your data or your clients' data

Who is Soleil OS for?
Australian sole traders and freelancers who want to send invoices, track spending and keep on top of GST without learning accounting software.
How much does it cost?
Core is $9.95 a month and Plus is $14.95 a month, both in Australian dollars. Plus has everything, including projects, quotes, the calendar, voice entry and receipt reading. See the pricing page for what is in each plan.
How does voice entry work?
Tap the microphone and say something like “Invoice Sam Taylor $450 for the deck repair” or “Spent $86 on fuel at Ampol”. Soleil OS fills in the form for you, with GST worked out, and you check it before anything is sent. Voice entry is part of Plus and is in Beta. It works in Chrome, Edge and Safari.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Open it in your phone's browser and add it to your home screen, and it opens like any other app. It works on computers and tablets too.
When does Soleil OS launch?
Soon. Join the waiting list and we will email you the day it opens. Joining is free and does not need a card.
Does Soleil OS lodge my BAS with the ATO?
No. It shows you the figures for the quarter so lodging is quick, but you (or your registered agent) lodge the BAS yourself. Soleil OS does not give tax advice.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You manage your plan from the Billing page inside the app, and you can cancel in a couple of taps.
