Can I sign up yet?
Not quite. We are launching soon. Join the waiting list and we will email you the day it opens.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from the Billing page inside the app. Moving up to Plus starts straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down to Core starts at your next renewal, so you keep Plus for the time you have already paid for.
How do payments from my clients work?
Your bank details or PayID appear on every invoice, so clients can pay by bank transfer at no cost. If you want to take cards as well, you can connect your own Stripe account from Settings. Then invoices also get a Pay button, and the money goes straight to your Stripe account. Soleil OS never holds it and takes no cut. Stripe charges its own card fees, which come out of each payment and are separate from your Soleil OS plan.
Is there a contract?
No. It is month to month and you can cancel any time.
